Project
Earthworks and civil works for three circular tank bases, an elevated static screen, a sump, lightning protection, and a groundwater-pumping system.
Challenge
The works had to be carried out within an operational brewery, where high groundwater levels complicated excavation and constant coordination was required to avoid disrupting production.
Approach
We sequenced excavation and dewatering around the production schedule, coordinated structural tolerances with the client's engineering team, and installed the groundwater-pumping system before concrete placement.
Engineering & Construction
We constructed three reinforced-concrete tank bases sized for static and dynamic loads, installed a galvanised steel frame for the elevated static screen, and installed an earthed lightning-protection system, sump, and submersible pump.

Result
The project was completed without disrupting brewery operations. The groundwater-management system was commissioned, and the tank bases were prepared for equipment installation.
