Project

Construction of replacement fleet-maintenance, administration, and support facilities, together with roads, utilities, fuelling infrastructure, and on-site wastewater treatment.
Project Scope
Fleet-maintenance facilities include two maintenance workshops, a fuelling facility, an auto-electrical facility, and panel-beating and spray-painting facilities. Administrative and support facilities include administration offices and a guardhouse. Infrastructure works cover roads, parking areas, electrical and mechanical reticulation, water and sewer systems, wastewater treatment, storage tanks, a boundary wall, and perimeter fencing.
Challenge
The fuelling and spray-painting facilities carried specialist safety requirements, environmental controls were needed for workshop wastewater and paint fumes, and the project involved replacing operational government fleet-maintenance infrastructure.
Approach
We coordinated the specialist requirements directly with the client, confirmed the fuelling and spray-booth specifications before construction, and installed and tested the wastewater-treatment system before commissioning the facilities.
Engineering & Construction
The fuelling facility was constructed with the required fire and safety separation distances, the spray-painting booth was fitted with dedicated ventilation and fume-extraction systems, and an on-site treatment plant was designed to manage workshop effluent before discharge.
