Project

Construction of a government revenue office, six staff houses, secure access facilities, and dedicated backup water and power infrastructure.
Project Scope
Government facilities include a revenue office block and a gatehouse. Residential facilities include six staff houses. Infrastructure works cover a pump and generator house, a boundary wall, a paved access road, and parking areas.
Challenge
Hukuntsi's remote location meant limited municipal power and water reliability, continuous services were required for both the office and staff housing, and dedicated backup infrastructure was needed from the start of operations.
Approach
We co-located the revenue office and six staff houses on one site, constructed a dedicated pump and generator house, and connected the backup systems to both the office and residential facilities.
Engineering & Construction
The revenue office is a masonry building with a steel-and-glass entrance canopy, with controlled site access provided through a gatehouse and boundary wall. A generator supplies backup power to the office and staff housing, and a pump system supports water supply during municipal interruptions.
